Purpose of the site

This is the official website of the La French Tech Pékin community. Its purpose is to introduce the community, its members, its partners and its events.

It is a purely informational site: it offers no online sales, no account creation and no subscription.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, illustrations and layout of this site are the property of the association or of their respective authors. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part and on any medium, requires prior written permission.

The name “La French Tech”, the coq logo and the associated graphic elements are the property of the French State (Mission French Tech). The association uses them under the French Tech Communities charter; they may not be reused on that basis.

The trademarks and logos of the partners named on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

The site links to third-party sites: partners, other French Tech communities, social networks. These links are provided for convenience. The association has no control over those sites and cannot be held responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

Information is published in good faith and kept up to date as far as possible. The association does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, nor the continuous availability of the site.

Event details (dates, times, venues) are subject to change. The community WeChat group is the authoritative source for last-minute changes.

Personal data and cookies

This site collects no personal data from its visitors. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and contains no forms. The only way to get in touch is by email, at the address listed above.

The site does, however, publish personal data: the names, roles, photographs and LinkedIn links of board members, together with photographs taken at community events. This content is published with the consent of the people concerned. If you appear in it and would like it removed or corrected, write to us at the address above and we will act promptly.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to this site falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
